Accuracy and follow-through

Rosterware corrections policy

A correction must return to the source, update affected human and machine outputs, then pass build and validation again.

Report an error

Email hello@rosterware.com with the Rosterware URL, affected passage or field, original source, and proposed correction. No sensitive data is needed.

  • Feature or pricing error.
  • Incorrect or expired source URL.
  • Misleading translation.
  • Insufficiently clear relationship or disclosure.

Process

The report is checked against an official source, runtime result, or explicitly attributed evidence. A marketing assertion alone does not replace a source.

  • Correct the local source data.
  • Update checkedAt or dateModified when justified.
  • Regenerate affected HTML, JSON, JSON-LD, CSV, and feeds.
  • Run validation and verify production.

Correction notices

No active public correction notice is posted as of July 11, 2026. A material correction that changes a comparative conclusion must be summarized here; a typographical correction may be applied without a separate notice.

Limits

Rosterware does not promise a fixed response time. Pricing, ratings, and features can change between checks; source pages remain the operational authority before purchase.
